Who is Kensington Executive Search?
Kensington Executive Search is a boutique, Asian based, recruitment firm.
Not all recruitment organizations are created equal. Advertised Search & Selection companies will list jobs, screen and interview candidates that apply. Often they compare them against CV’s that they have pulled from job boards and finally present a shortlist to the client for interview.
Kensington Executive Search follows a far more structured methodology. We discuss with our clients where the very best candidates are likely to be working and what roles they will be involved with. Once this is established we create a target list of companies and proactively approach candidates on a confidential basis. We ascertain whether or not they are appropriate and interested in the job that we are recruiting. If they pass this initial screening then we will bring them in for interview and further assessment.
Once we are confident that we have found the best candidates for the job, then and only then, will we present our shortlist to the client for interview. These candidates will be the very best in the market, not just the most available.
Once our client has selected their preferred candidate we will conduct confidential referencing and assist in the offer process. We act as an intermediary in any negotiation if required.
We will also be there to help the candidate through their resignation and on-boarding process. We stay in touch with both the client and the candidate during the guarantee period to make sure that the transition from one company to another is smooth.
